Prices are per person in a room for a period mentioned above.  

* All prices are subject to change depending on the vacant rooms and selected dates for accommodation. 
* Above declared prices are in national currency - Bulgarian lev.
* Prices include VAT, tourist tax,  free parking and wireless Internet. Breakfast is not included in the price but it is optional and is charged extra.

Reservations and cancellations:
For confirmed reservations is required deposit of 50% of the total amount booked, the rest of the amount could be paid at the reception  before accommodation.
For cancellation of reservations retaining of the booked amount is:
1.  30% of deposit if cancellation is made 14 days before arrival.
2.  60% of deposit if cancellation is made 7 days before date of arrival.
3.  100% of deposit if cancellation is made on the day of arrival.

Additional conditions:
Guests check-in is after 12.00 p.m. at the day of  arrival. 
Guests check-out is no later than 12.00 p.m. at the day of departure. 
The hotelier reserves the right to charge  50% extra for room check-out after 12.00 p.m. and before 18.00 p.m. If check-out is after 18.00 p.m., the hotelier requires payment of an additional night of stay.    
The hotelier reserves the right to cancel a reservation in cases when booking was made without payment guarantees.
